I have many wheelchair Africa.Unfortunately shipping to Asia and yet they have no beach wheelchair.If is used in the Osaka area invite you to visit my store and see if the seats crane is suitable for the purpose .
Most cities have blood-Service Lions Club, etc. I am a lion, to help the children in need, visit the clubs website
