RA and I saw a podiatrist, I discovered that my feet were turned inwards, so that gave me shoes and corrective measures, the difference is excellent. Now the only problem when I go back barefoot or in slippers, the pain returns!

I suffer the same pain in MS. Analgesics do nothing to alleviate the pain. I have tried to shoe soles. They help some. I also think that if I always help my shoes on most of the day, support, together with the interventions. If you can, try to see a podiatrist. He or she can help you alleviate the operations of law and the pain.

I have done much research on dietary supplements and rheumatoid arthritis.

Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, and is the only nutritional supplement, there has shown benefits for people with rheumatoid arthritis. It can help with stiffness and tenderness, when taken regularly.

Supplements glucosamine and chondroitin can relieve some symptoms.

Supplement SAMe has also been shown to help people with osteoarthritis in a way.

Ask your doctor about these supplements and take into account the benefits of them can weeks or even months to start showing.

Good luck, hope you feel better.
